Over the years, MLDE have been involved in various schemes which, for a variety of reasons, have not been realised.

Some of these projects were developed as competition entries and feasibility studies, whilst others were shelved due to Planning or Funding problems.

MLDE are able to work closely, often in partnership with developers and Architects to develop initial concepts to realisable projects.
