MLDE were appointed to provide design and  engineering services for the wholesale re-design and re-development of an existing property on a stunning rural site. The client had a clear vision for creating a striking  new complex from the footprint of the existing buildings and spaces.

The existing footprint comprised four sides of a quadrangle surrounding a central courtyard and  the phased development saw MLDE work on each of the four wings in turn and then a garage annex for domestic applications.
