Jubilee Wharf is a mixed use development on a brownfield industrial site in Penryn, Cornwall.
The sustainable development has fully integrated renewable micro energy generation technology which includes a community Wood-chip boiler and solar thermal collectors providing Heating and Hot water, and Wind Turbines for electricity generation. The buildings have been future-proofed to allow an upgrade path to a Zero Energy Development (ZED).
